Evolving the CFA Now Mobile App to Support Smarter Labor Decisions
The CFA Now mobile app has been a core tool for Operators for 10+ years. I joined in 2024 to lead UX improvements; the project is ongoing.
The Chick-fil-A Now mobile app gives Operators and Team Leaders a real-time pulse on their business and is often the first and last tool they check each day. As the app matured, the challenge became how to continue innovating an experience users already love, without disrupting what works. worked closely with stakeholders and led research with Operators and Restaurant Leaders to drive discovery, translating insights into labor-focused improvements that support clearer, more confident decision-making on the go.

Unifying Chick-fil-A’s Intranet to Improve Internal Communication and Findability
Status: Ongoing — initiated beginning 2025 and actively evolving.
Chick-fil-A’s intranet spans multiple content sources and experiences, making it difficult for Operators and internal teams to find consistent, relevant information. I led an audit of the existing site and partnered with stakeholders to modernize the experience—aligning designs to the internal design system, improving search and UX standards, templatizing common components, and refining visual hierarchy. I’m currently facilitating workshops to unify communications across teams and tailor content to users, creating a more personalized, responsive intranet experience.

I’ve crafted user-centric, intuitive digital experiences for both corporate and customer-facing platforms, driving business growth and improving operational workflows. At Chick-fil-A, I led end-to-end design initiatives across internal digital solutions, transforming workflows for corporate staff, operators, and team leaders. For Honey Baked Ham, I delivered an 8-week project where I built a mini pattern library for their mobile app, improved the checkout experience on their website, and conducted a design audit with component updates to ensure consistency and usability.
